- ½ cup buttermilk powder
- 1 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Yield: About 12 tablespoons or ¾ cup. Use 2 tablespoons of homemade ranch seasoning mix to replace one (1-ounce) packet of store-bought ranch seasoning.
- Homemade ranch dressing: Combine 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix with 1 cup milk and 1 cup mayo. Whisk to combine, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. For buttermilk ranch dressing, replace the milk with an equal amount of buttermilk. You could also replace half of the mayo with sour cream.
- Ranch dip: To make a creamy, thick ranch dip you just need to stir 2 tablespoons of the ranch seasoning blend with 1 ½ cups of sour cream or Greek yogurt and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
